Our BDR's work onsite at our partner retail locations, greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. What Will I Do?

• Autonomous work in the field at one of our partner retail locations (Ability to work independently required)
• Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
• Engage customers in conversation and connect them with our in-house call center to schedule an appointment
• Build relationships with customers who may be interested in reaching back out at a later date for themselves, friends, or family members 
• Attend weekly or monthly meetings and trainings
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
