Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Electrician to join our team. Our Electricians manage the completion of various electrical tasks such as electrical break & repair, troubleshooting/maintenance, and service upgrades while providing exceptional customer service at ALL times by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. This position will provide general electrical repair and services with an emphasis on quality of work, performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program is preferred
  • Valid electrician's license (state-specific)
  • 3+ years of experience in residential electrical services
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces
  • Service Titan software 
Work Environment:
  • On-site at residential properties.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, electrical hazards, and confined spaces.
  • May require on-call hours or weekend work based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, and outlets.
  • Install new electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with local codes and standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and installations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
