Coolray Tennessee is currently seeking Retail Sales Lead Generators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees! Our Appointment Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses by answering customer questions about our products and services and then encouraging them to schedule appointment for estimates of these services. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy engaging people in conversation and be driven by commission and incentives.

Our Appointment Setter’s work in the field at our partner retail locations, within local Home Depot stores, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department.
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit! Really, the right attitude and smile is all you need for this position! If you have the will succeed, we can teach you all you need to know about HVAC for the role!
And, the flexibility of the position provides a great opportunity for retirees, college students and those looking for flexible, full or part-time work! Open 7 days a week, between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
