As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with inbound and outbound calls in our service-focused call center. We are seeking a positive and customer-centric CSR to join our team. This person should be available to work evenings (as late as 7pm) and weekends onsite, full time (five days/week).

As a Dispatcher, you will dispatch work orders to field technicians accourding to priority and location. You will schedule and monitor the technicians' schedules daily. You will contact customers to confirm appointments, contact technicians to confirm arrival times, and coordinate with other departments. This position is full time and requires working a varied schedule and rotating weekends.
